All questions and answersThe main driver must be at least 21 years old and have held a valid driving licence. Additional drivers must meet the same requirements and be registered in the booking.
A passport or national ID card, a valid driving licence and a credit card in the main driver’s name for the deposit. If your licence is not in Latin script, please also bring an International Driving Permit.
With the Basic insurance package, a deposit of €1,200.00 is blocked on your credit card at pickup and released after you return the car undamaged. With Full coverage, no deposit is required.
Both include third-party liability insurance. Basic requires a deposit on your credit card; Full coverage needs no deposit. Options such as cross-border travel or a child seat are booked separately.
Yes. Add the Cross-border option to your booking; it is a separate option that can only be booked together with the Full coverage package. With it you receive the documents you need at the border (green card).
We track your flight number and wait for you at no extra charge. Please add your flight number when booking.
No. The price includes VAT, unlimited mileage and airport pickup. Extras such as a child seat or an additional driver are shown with their price before you confirm.
You book a car category, and the model shown is an example. If that model is not available, you get a car of the same category or a free upgrade.
Yes. Contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email with your reservation code. Changes and cancellations up to 48 hours before pickup are free of charge.

Pickup and drop off take place at Sarajevo International Airport. Our office is on the first floor of the Sarajevo International Airport terminal. After baggage claim, go up to the first floor, or call us and we will meet you in the arrivals hall.
