The main driver must be at least 21 years old and have held a valid driving licence. Additional drivers must meet the same requirements and be registered in the booking.

The minimum rental is 3 days. Every started 24-hour period counts as a full rental day.

You book a car category, and the model shown is an example. If that model is not available, you get a car of the same category or a free upgrade.

Your booking is a request. You receive an email right away that we have received it, and our team sends the confirmation with a PDF as soon as the car is reserved for you, usually within a few hours.

Yes. Contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email with your reservation code. Changes and cancellations up to 48 hours before pickup are free of charge.

Our office is on the first floor of the Sarajevo International Airport terminal. After baggage claim, go up to the first floor, or call us and we will meet you in the arrivals hall.

A passport or national ID card, a valid driving licence and a credit card in the main driver’s name for the deposit. If your licence is not in Latin script, please also bring an International Driving Permit.

We track your flight number and wait for you at no extra charge. Please add your flight number when booking.

Yes. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you can pick up and return the car at any time at no extra charge.

Both include third-party liability insurance. Basic requires a deposit on your credit card; Full coverage needs no deposit. Options such as cross-border travel or a child seat are booked separately.

With the Basic insurance package, a deposit of €1,200.00 is blocked on your credit card at pickup and released after you return the car undamaged. With Full coverage, no deposit is required.

You pay by credit or debit card at pickup. There is no online prepayment. The deposit for the Basic package requires a credit card.

No. The price includes VAT, unlimited mileage and airport pickup. Extras such as a child seat or an additional driver are shown with their price before you confirm.

Yes. Add the Cross-border option to your booking; it is a separate option that can only be booked together with the Full coverage package. With it you receive the documents you need at the border (green card).

Full to full: you receive the car with a full tank and return it full. If the tank is not full, we charge the missing fuel at the current pump price.

Yes. From 1 November to 1 April, winter equipment is mandatory in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and all our cars are fitted with winter tyres at no extra charge.
