Meet and greet
Our office is on the first floor of the Sarajevo International Airport terminal. After baggage claim, go up to the first floor, or call us and we will meet you in the arrivals hall.
- After landing, pass passport control and collect your luggage.
- Go up to our office on the first floor of the terminal, or call us and we will meet you in the arrivals hall.
- Together we check the car, sign the rental agreement and you pay by card.
- You drive off directly from the airport car park.

Sarajevo International Airport is in Butmir, about 12 km south-west of the city centre. By car, follow the signs for the airport ("Aerodrom") from the main city road towards Ilidža. Taxis and the airport bus connect the airport with the city centre.

Return the car to the airport car park at the agreed time. Our staff member meets you there, checks the car together with you and drives you to the terminal entrance if needed.
